Diabetes is quite a harmful condition, and it can also lead to kidney failure, nerve damage and blindness. Along with, arteriosclerosis, strokes, or macro vascular diseases are also prevalent.

The one healthy goal for people wishing to prevent diabetes, is attaining a normal body weight, and eating healthy. Along with that, daily exercise reduces you chances of having diabetes. This not only helps you in losing weight but also prevents heart and vascular diseases.
